Hi! Sorry about that. Live chat is not always informed or sometimes the codes can have errors. This code was sent to me by the Ozwin marketing team and I was told it was for players who have completed a deposit in November. Also players can't claim two free codes in a row so if you claimed free spins or a free chip after your last deposit it would not work.

Ozwin Casino has updated the coupon's qualifications so it should work now for November depositors. They had it set for November 1st time depositors which was a mistake.
To recap, $200 code CRAZYDEAL should now work for players whose last transaction was a completed November deposit as long as your account is bonus eligible.
