Hello, my name is Richard and I am new to the group. So, I don't know if I'm doing this in the right place or the right way. If not just let me know and I will fix it. Your forum is very informative and much appreciated. I wish I would have found it earlier. The reason for my message is to see if anyone has any ideas or can help with a withdrawal that's been pending from CrazyLuck Casino since Feb. 23rd of this year. I also have one from Golden Lady Casino from the same date. They are both my first withdrawals from both casinos. I have sent both casinos all my information and have confirmation from both that they have everything they need and my ID is verified. The story is the same as everyone elses that I've been reading. Get told the same thing every week about it being escalated to the finance team and I will have my money soon. Now, they just completely ignore me. Won't answer live chat and won't respond to emails. Does anyone have any ideas or am I just screwed?? Thanks in advance!!!!

RichyRich77737, Hello. I am so sorry this is happening. I will say right now that those are rogue casinos and it will be hard to get paid. Crazy Luck Casino has a long history of non payment, including members of this forum and myself.
You will need to keep pestering the casinos and keep track of records. Tell them you are contacting Rival Gaming to complain. You can try to contact the mediation team at Rival gaming ([email protected]). Give them the details and all your information. Sometimes this will get Crazy Luck Casino to pay as long as they do not have any bonus rules to reject the payout. Here is the email ([email protected]). It could take a while but people have been paid large sums after using the mediation.
