I would just like to let everyone know about this terrible casino.you should be very aware about the way they handle you inquireries.First off,if you send an email you will never get a response.I joined on the 22nd of may and have sent them numerous emails and never even got a response.second i sent in all my proper documents including their almighty faxback form,still have not got a response.their live chat is professionally trained in what i like to call run around speak.You know the kind of talk that never really give you any answers.I have made my playthrough on their free chip and for me its always a good test to see if I will ever deposit there.If they pay on the free chip then at least there reputable right?Anyway a word to the wise DO NOT DEPOSIT AT THIS CASINO...THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE......BY THE WAY there an RTG CASINO AND THEIR ADDRESS IS cleopatraspalacecasino.com

drizztcat, I am sorry. This is why I tell everyone not to bother
with new RTG casinos unless they are recommended here or from
a trusted casino group.

99% of the new RTG casino will do the same thing. Most of these new ones
are from the old bad groups we know and hate: Virtual Group and Crystal Palace.

Do not play at new RTG casino unless they are recommended at NoLuckNeeded.

I got my $10 there yesterday and there was a little mixup with the code and I thought support was very nice and I played a longgggg time on that $10. I suppose when it comes to paying out it might be a different story, I hope some one posts if they are trying to cash out.

Hi All Im new and this is my first post.I also want to say hello to my oldfriend Anniemac.

You are completely right.When you try to cash out problems begins.
First of all they only have one withdraw option E wallett ,which ask you to deposit first and than wait 10 days for your funds to clear,than an additional 10 days for the casino to authorize your withdraw (if ever).
They do not answer to any e-mail.
My biggest concern is: how did they get my phone number?
They called me and offered me a free 50 nd bonus no string attached.
I reached 190 and tryed to cashout 150....lol
In theyr websites they claim 3 options e-wallett,bank wire and check.
Not true.
What an outfit.

I too got took but I got took for 8,000.00 I received a 260.00 freeplay I went on to use it never have done anything like this before. When I went to sign up for it a pop up flashed across the screen deposit today and they will match my funds up to 400.00 I didn't know what to do so went to live chat, was told deposit now when I sign up and will receive the money so I deposited 20.00 they match with 20.00 so all together I had 300.00 to play with. I played and played won and lost, Played more and more. I won a couple of jackpots so figured I would cash out. I too sent in paperwork. I talked to live chat many,many times finally said I was audited and the win came from the 20.00 I deposited so they would pay out to me. I made my request for 8000.00 the next thing I know they email me and said because I deposited 20.00 on top of a free bonus I had commited bonus fraud. So no payout. This has been going on since the 26th of October. Sent emails to manager, credit,withdrawal, support. I talked to live chat at least 500 times same run around get no answers to any questions. They put the $$ back into my account I played got it up to almost 11,000.00 today I go on and my account is blanked. I can not get on it for anything. This is a rip off casino. The only thing I can say is I wish I would have known there was a sight like this which I could have checked instead of wasting all my time and losing all this money. I did what live chat told me and I got took, but probably would have anyway according to everyone on this sight. Do not play this casino and I feel for the people who have fallen for this casino like I did!!! Mandy was the credit manager I was suppost to contact but never ever did hear from her

Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes you can see how hard they are trying to get you to stay. If they really wonted to help. They would stop trying to rip you off, they are the same of the one I was in. It do's not take 2 or 4 weeks to get money back. The word is getting out on you .
