I tried to claim it and would not let me, I had a coupon pending CHEERY REELS, had live chat remove it and tried the new one and would not let me, I think I already had an account there so thats probably why.

haha no.

I am going to restart and try to regain control of the ship here...I am 99% sure it is my computer...especially because I didn't see that anyone else has had a problem using it..I will try later after my computer gets a little rest. Thanks for your help
