I downloaded, but I was a Rvial member. Which I'm sure I downloaded from here at the time.

I did get an email from them advising me of my user name (same as the Rival).

But it will not let me claim the "NLN15"

Same here. I never got the email with my new password but got it from live chat. I could not redeem NLN15 either. I guess you can't have had an existing account as a Rival casino.

I downloaded from the banner but not letting me claim the nln15 code and I haven't claimed the $8 code either. I am sorry to say that I don't remember if I downloaded when they were rival from NLN or not maybe that's the problem so can you please check for me TDTAT I would really appreciate it.
